KronoPrompt ("the App") is operated by AutoProcess.dev ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the minimum information necessary to provide the App's services:
- Email address — Used for account creation, authentication, and password recovery.
- Schedule data — The daily schedules you create, edit, and save within the App.
- Subscription information — Your plan type (free or premium), purchase status, and billing period. We do not store credit card numbers.
- AI prompts — The text you type to generate schedules using AI. These are sent to the AI service for processing and are not stored by us beyond the generated result.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To save, sync, and display your schedules across devices.
- To generate AI-powered schedules based on your text prompts.
- To process and manage your subscription.
- To enable sharing of schedules via generated links.
- To send password recovery emails when requested.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the App:
- Supabase — Authentication and database storage. Your email and schedule data are stored on Supabase servers in the United States. Supabase Privacy Policy

- Google Gemini AI — AI schedule generation. Your text prompts are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate schedule content. Google AI Terms
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Supabase-managed servers located in the United States. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication tokens, and row-level security policies on the database to protect your information.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is only shared with the third-party services listed in Section 3, solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality.
When you use the share feature, a link is generated that allows anyone with that link to view your schedule. You control when and with whom you share this link.
6. Data Retention
- Free users — Schedules are retained for up to 90 days.
- Premium users — Schedules are retained indefinitely while the subscription is active.
- Account deletion — If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below. We will process your request within 30 days.
7. Analytics and Tracking
We do not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. We do not collect usage behavior data, device identifiers, or location data.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data stored in the App.
- Correct inaccurate information (e.g., change your email).
- Delete your account and all associated data.
- Export your schedule data.
